We answer every email a parent sends us. There is no chatbot, no ticket queue, and no anonymous support form — you reach a human on the Siraar team.

We respond within two business days. Privacy and deletion requests are answered within 30 days, as required by COPPA and GDPR.

Common questions

How do I reset my password? Open the parent app or sign-in page at https://parents.siraar.appand tap “Forgot password.” We send a reset link to the email on the account.

How do I delete my child's profile or my account?From the parent dashboard, open the child profile and tap “Delete profile.” To delete the entire parent account, email us at [email protected] and we will erase or anonymize all associated data within 30 days.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions purchased on iOS or Android are managed inside the App Store or Google Play account that bought them — Apple and Google do not let us cancel them on your behalf. If you bought directly from siraar.app, sign in to the parent dashboard and open Billing.

Can my child contact me or other users through the app? No. The kid app has no chat, comments, social network, or way to message anyone. All interaction is between your child and the curated content.

What information does Siraar collect about my child? Only what is strictly needed: a display name, an avatar, and birth month/year (never the full date of birth). The full breakdown is in the privacy policy.

Reporting a safety or content concern

If you find a piece of content you believe is inappropriate for the 7–9 age range, email [email protected]with a description or screenshot. Our editorial team reviews every report within two business days and removes anything that doesn't meet our age-appropriateness standard.
